Shentel is seeking a Technician Broadband I for Glo Fiber to install and service video, internet and phone services at customer locations. You will learn and use tools, ladders, meters and apps while delivering high-quality broadband solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Role includes training, in-home service, safety procedures, and potential on-call rotations with some weekend work; a valid driver's license is required and we provide equipment and support for growth in the field.
