We’re not looking for someone brand new to roofing—we’re looking for someone who already understands the job and is ready to take the next step.

If you’ve worked on a roofing crew before, know your way around a job site, and can keep up with a professional team, we want to talk to you.

• Supporting mechanics and foremen on commercial and residential projects
• Handling materials, tools, and job site setup efficiently
• Assisting with installation and repairs (TPO, EPDM, shingles, etc.)
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Keeping pace with the crew and contributing to production

• Prior roofing or construction experience REQUIRED
• Basic knowledge of roofing tools, materials, and job site flow
• Ability to work safely at heights and in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay productive throughout the day
• Team-first mindset and willingness to take direction

• Experience with commercial low-slope systems (TPO/EPDM/PVC)
• Ability to anticipate next steps without being told
• Takes pride in quality work—not just speed
• Helps keep the crew on track and job sites running smoothly
