- Perform high-level mechanical, electrical, and system diagnostics, alongside official Virginia State Inspections.
- Handle repairs across brakes, heating/AC, exhaust, transmissions, and 4WD systems.
- Work with shop-provided scanners, diagnostic laptops, and top platforms like ALLDATA, Identifix, IATN—just bring your personal tools

Active Virginia State Inspection License (required).
- 3+ years of shop experience with strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record; high school diploma/GED or equivalent tech education.
- Ability to safely lift/carry 60+ lbs and possess your own hand tools.
- ASE, UTI, or vocational certifications are a strong plus.
