1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to join our team! This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you’ll provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers. We’re hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Ashland, VA serving the greater Richmond area.

Full-Time

• $13/hr base rate

• Provide on-site pricing and confidently close sales
• Load, lift, and remove items from homes and businesses
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
• Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes
• Keep trucks clean and organized

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• 21+ years and older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• 8–12 hour shifts
