The Warehouse Associate II supports warehouse inventory by monitoring production; loading and moving product; designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements; and verifying product inventory reports.

• Unload/load incoming and outgoing trailers, operating powered lift equipment to move product and materials as needed.
• Store product by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements; updating location database.
• Prepare product for shipment by verifying location; directing movement to staging area; resolving problems.
• Verify product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports; adjusting entries.
• Document warehouse actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases.
• Monitor inventory by completing counts as required.
• Research and resolve discrepancies with shipments, locations, or product; locate missing product to complete and ship customer orders in a timely fashion when needed.
• Support other functions of the Distribution Center as needed, including processing returns, invoicing and tagging shipments, inputting stats and generating reports, and building carts.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy warehouse environment by adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations; alert others regarding potential concerns.

• High School Diploma or GED Preferred
• 1-3 years experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities
• Ability to learn Internal Operating System(s) and operate Radio Frequency (RF) unit
• Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work efficiently, with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient typing and data entry skills
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities or duties as business needs require
• Ability to work in a high-demand, high-volume environment and meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Mandatory overtime as required, including weekends

Paid Time Off
:

The duties involve standing, walking, talking, hearing, and frequent lifting up to 60 pounds. Operation of powered equipment requires use of both hands and full range of motion. Visual requirements include close, color, peripheral, and depth vision. PPE, including protective equipment, may be required. The work environment is moderately noisy and may include exposure to dust, weather changes, conveyor systems, and machinery hazards.

Work is performed under typical warehouse conditions and can be fast-paced and physically demanding.
