Available Shifts
  • 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday): 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift (Sunday–Thursday): 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
Starting Pay

Base Pay: $18.50 per hour.

  • 2nd Shift – $21.50 per hour (includes $1.00 shift differential)
  • 3rd Shift – $22.50 per hour (includes $2.00 shift differential)
What’s the Short Version?

The Warehouse Associate III follows internal procedures to unload/load incoming and outgoing trailers. While unloading, this role sorts, palletizes and moves product using powered equipment. The role uses a Radio Frequency (RF) unit in combination with internal operating systems to track product and perform departmental error resolution functions within High Jump.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Unload/load incoming and outgoing trailers, operating powered lift equipment to move product and materials as needed.
  • Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.
  • Generate reports to acquire data as needed to support error resolution functions in the receiving process.
  • Support other functions of the Distribution Center as needed, including error resolution, inventory audits, customer service, invoicing, and tagging shipments.
  • Check out equipment and return it in the same condition daily; inspect assigned equipment at the start of each shift.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy warehouse environment by adhering to organization standards, policies, and legal regulations; alert others regarding potential concerns.
What Are We Looking For?
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in a warehouse environment, including loading and unloading trailers.
  • 1–3 years of experience operating a forklift or other heavy equipment.
  • Complete and maintain the company’s Lift Operator Certification in compliance with OSHA guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities or job duties; willing to rotate to other production functions as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn internal operating systems and operate an RF unit.
  • Capability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capacity to comprehend verbal and written instructions.
  • Availability for mandatory overtime, which may include weekends.
What Should You Expect?

The role requires standing, walking, talking, hearing, and frequently lifting or moving up to 60 pounds. Powered equipment operation requires use of both hands and full range of motion of the neck, head, and back. Employees may need to reach, grasp, perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions, climb stairs, kneel/squat, and bend while carrying. Specific vision requirements include close, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

A headset and personal protective equipment such as a protective harness may be required. Employees must possess basic English literacy for machine operation and daily paperwork. The work environment is moderately noisy, generally under typical warehouse conditions, and may expose employees to dust, weather changes, ambient lighting, extreme heat, and extreme cold. Hazards include machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and mechanized systems.
