Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Hourly Rate: $18.50 (plus a $1 shift differential)

The Warehouse Associate II supports warehouse inventory by monitoring production, loading and moving product, designating storage areas, adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements, and verifying product inventory reports.

• Unload/load incoming and outgoing trailers, operating powered lift equipment to move product and materials as needed.
• Store product by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements; updating location database.
• Prepare product for shipment by verifying location, directing movement to staging area, and resolving problems.
• Verify product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports; adjusting entries.
• Document warehouse actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases.
• Monitor inventory by completing counts as required.
• Research and resolve any discrepancies with shipments, locations, or product; quickly and accurately locate missing product to complete and ship customer orders in a timely fashion.
• Support other functions of the Distribution Center as needed, including processing returns, invoicing, tagging shipments, inputting stats and generating reports, and building carts.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy warehouse environment by adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations; alerting others regarding potential concerns.

• High School Diploma or GED Preferred
• 1-3 years experience in a warehouse environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization skills; demonstrating the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities
• Ability to learn Internal Operating System(s) and operate Radio Frequency (RF) unit
• Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work efficiently, with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient typing and data entry skills
• Demonstrates ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require
• Ability to work in high-demand, high-volume environment and meet deadlines
• Comprehend verbal and written instructions
• Able to work both independently and within a team
• Mandatory overtime as required, may include weekends

The employee is required to stand, walk, talk, hear; lift and move up to 60 pounds; reach with hands and arms; perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motions; climb stairs; kneel/squat; bend and carry. Vision requirements include close, color, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Employee may be required to wear a headset and personal protective equipment such as a protective harness.

Work environment is moderately noisy, with dust and weather changes, near conveyor systems, and hazards with machinery like forklifts, pallet jacks, mechanized systems. Exposure to ambient lighting and extreme heat or cold including outside weather conditions may occur.
