You'll play a key role sorting and moving mail/packages in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, teamwork, and reliability matter. * ? Dependable, reliable, and punctual
* ? Strong focus on safety and following procedures
* ? Ability to understand and follow operational instructions in English or translated from English (regardless of native language)
* ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* ? Team-oriented and ready to work together to hit daily goals
? Nice to Have Skills
* ? Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or material handling
* Familiarity with small package processing and conveyor systems

? Schedule (1st Shift):
* Monday: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
* Tuesday: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
* Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
* Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
* Friday: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
? Hours may vary slightly based on daily and nightly mail volume.
Physical Requirements:
* ? Lift/carry up to 5 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs occasionally (with or without reasonable accommodation)
* ? Stand/walk/bend/stoop up to 80% of the workday (with or without reasonable accommodation)
* ? Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment
