Inventory Control Coordinator

Pay Range

$20.33/hr

Monday to Friday 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM (Overtime Mandatory)

• Check location of products in OMNI system.
• Verify receiving receipts from accounts payable.
• Perform cycle counts on RF units.
• Research inventory discrepancies and resolve them.
• Research customer service errors (pick errors, overships, etc.).
• Perform customer service counts (customer shipments).
• Research and correct accounts payable discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and move inventory locations as required. Conduct product rotation according to company policies and procedures.
• Count or verify freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation.
• Work on pick and put-away discrepancies report.
• Research unit of measure errors.
• Check, receive, break down, and separate incoming customer returns and returns to inventory.
• Assemble, pack and ship manufacturer and/or vendor returns; initiate required debit memo.
• Research proof of delivery of shipment and previous freight bills (shipping) to check errors.
• Maintain clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Assist in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse.
• Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking for shipment as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years of relevant experience including relevant military experience.
• Experience with reach lift, order picker, RF unit, copier, inventory reports, accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, catalogs, printer, and manuals.
