Warehouse Associate - Entry Level

Schedule

M-F 8‑hr shift between 6am - 4pm.

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF technology to scan, sort, and prepare orders.
• Accurately receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean and maintain a safe, accident‑free environment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and use PPE, including a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

• 0‑3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management (preferred).
• Forklift or order picker experience is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self‑starter who can quickly learn our systems.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.

Hourly: $15.61 – $23.41. Role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Starting wage may vary by location based on local or state wage requirements.
