Northwoods Paving in Ashland, WI is looking for a full-time Construction Equipment Operator specializing in asphalt paving. The role requires operating heavy machinery including asphalt pavers and steel drum rollers. Successful candidates will have at least one year of experience or a technical school degree in Heavy Equipment Operation. This seasonal position runs from May through November. Benefits include medical, dental, and pension plan through the Union.

Local and regional travel may be required, along with overtime work.
