This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Details & requirements for this opportunity:
  Well woman care, Pediatric care, general outpatient cases
• Schedule:
  
  Monday
  -Friday 8a-5p
• Patients per day: 15-20
• Practice Setting:
  Outpatient Clinic
• Scope:
  Board Certified in Family medicine, Basic Life Support (BLS)
• State Licensure:
  Wisconsin State License
• Responsibility for Mid-Levels:
  To be determined.
