Build positive relationships with students, families, staff and the greater Ashland community. Provide high‑quality instruction to students. Engage positively and professionally in collaborative teams to regularly analyze data that will inform and adjust instructional practices to ensure student success. Present a positive image in contact with the parents, community, and staff. Properly handle confidential matters relating to students, student records, parents, staff and any other school‑related issues.

• Candidates should possess a Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction teaching certification or other appropriate licensure. (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
• Ability to forge positive relationships with students and their parents/guardians of students.
• Ability to work collegially with department staff, student services, administration, the faculty, maintenance staff, and community as needed.
• Ability to facilitate student/parent meetings as needed.
• This job allows the candidate to design their courses around what they are passionate about.
