Job GoalBuild positive relationships with students, families, staff and the greater Ashland community. Provide high-quality instruction to students. Engage positively and professionally in collaborative teams to regularly analyze data that will inform and adjust instructional practices to ensure student success. Present a positive image in contact with the parents, community, and staff. Properly handle confidential matters relating to students, student records, parents, staff and any other school-related issues.
Qualifications- Wisconsin Certification #1801 - Cross-Categorical Special Education or equivalent.
- Ability to forge positive relationships with students and their parents/guardians.
- Ability to work collegially with department staff, student services, administration, the faculty, maintenance staff, and community as needed.
- Ability to facilitate student/parent meetings as needed.
