Respiratory Therapist Important:
Candidate must confirm housing availability (area can be limited/expensive). Requirements: ✅ 1 year RT experience ✅ ACLS, BLS, NRP ✅ Mechanical ventilation (Hamilton C1), NIV ✅ ABGs, EKGs, ISTAT, inhalation therapy ✅ Attend high-risk C-sections (Neo Puff, PPV support) ✅ Prefer EPIC experience ❌ Intubation not required (assist only) Patient Population:
Mostly Adults Peds (stabilize & transfer) Neonates (up to 28 days) – high-risk C-sections Coverage Areas: ER, SPCU, OB (high-risk C-sections), Stress Lab, PFT Lab, EEG Lab
Schedule:
12-hour shifts (6:00–6:30) – Days & Nights Nights work independently (paid lunch) Every other weekend No call Some block scheduling (limited) Director sets schedule Equipment:
Hamilton C1 & T1 vents, Res Med CPAP/BiPAP Orientation: 1 shadow shift (12 hrs)
