Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and thrive in their communities.

• Daily Living Support:
  
  Assist with meal prep, personal care, budgeting, shopping, and community outings.
• Advocacy & Care:
  
  Advocate for client dignity and independence while maintaining accurate progress notes and following care plans.

• 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (for client transport).
• Pass background checks and complete state training within 90 days.
