Sales Floor Clerk (Sporting Goods) - Ashland Store
Location: Ashland, WI 54806
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time Hours
Schedule: Monday through Friday, every other weekend
Targeted Pay Range: $13.25-15 per hour (starting rate varies; actual hourly will equal or exceed minimum wage)
ResponsibilitiesOur Sales Floor Clerks support daily operations by maintaining positive customer relationships and organizing display shelves. Responsibilities include greeting customers and guiding them to product selections, taking inventory, and restocking assigned shelves. They create a hassle‑free shopping experience through eagerness to help, product knowledge, merchandising standards, and task prioritization. Knowledge of sporting goods items and accessories is preferred.
