Seasonal Equipment Operator – Paving & Heavy Machinery

Northwoods Paving is seeking a qualified Equipment Operator to join our team in Ashland, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will operate various power construction equipment, working full-time seasonally from May to November. Responsibilities include ensuring safety during operations and working effectively within a team. Candidates should be at least 18, able to communicate, and willing to train less experienced employees. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a CDL are preferred.
