Prior orthopedic surgery/outpatient clinic experience preferred

- Provide outpatient orthopedic consultations, diagnoses, and treatments for adult patients
- Perform and assist in surgical procedures in hospital and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Manage post-operative care and rehabilitation planning
- Document patient encounters accurately using EPIC EMR system
- Participate in on-call rotations and trauma coverage (Level I trauma center)
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care
- Medical license or eligibility to practice in Ohio
- Board-certified or eligible in Orthopedics
- 2+ years of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
