What You'll Do
  • Provide outpatient orthopedic consultations, diagnoses, and treatments for adult patients
  • Perform and assist in surgical procedures in hospital and outpatient settings
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Manage post-operative care and rehabilitation planning
  • Document patient encounters accurately using EPIC EMR system
  • Participate in on-call rotations and trauma coverage (Level I trauma center)
  • Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care
What You Need
  • Medical license or eligibility to practice in Ohio
  • Board-certified or eligible in Orthopedics
  • 2+ years of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication and clinical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
