Compensation and Benefits:
Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation. To be discussed n on bonus - negotiable. Relocation allowance. 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview):
Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive). $5000 CME credit. Medical Plan:
