• Hours/Week: 17-20 patients/day on average

• Pay package discussed upon application; competitive MGMA guidelines

• 3-year contract structure with guaranteed salary year 1 & 2, productivity-based year 3

• Provide outpatient and inpatient urology consultations and procedures
• Utilize DaVinci surgical robotic system for complex surgeries
• Collaborate with a team of 2 Urologists in a multispecialty group
• Work with well-defined referral sources from primary care providers
• Manage a patient population comprising approximately 50% adult and 50% geriatric patients
• Participate in on-call duties (10 days/month)
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and care quality
• Document with EMR system (EPIC)

• US Medical License and current Board certification or eligibility in Urology
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Ability to see 17-20 patients daily
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to relocate within 40 miles of Ashtabula or reside locally
