Emergency Medicine Assistant Medical Director Opening Ashtabula, OH Cleveland 60mFull Time Permanent Position Seeking BC Emergency Medicine Physician to join team as Assistant Medical Director in Ashtabula, Ohio Position Highlights:

- Community hospital affiliated with major health system- 24-bed emergency department with approximately 27,000 annual visits
- Medium-to-high acuity patient population- 24 hours of physician coverage and 20 hours of APC coverage daily
- State-of-the-art facility with helipad for trauma transfers

- System-wide Epic EMR

Responsibilities:

- Provide emergency medical care in the ED
- Support departmental leadership, operations, and quality initiatives
- Collaborate with clinical team to improve patient care and workflow
- Participate in scheduling, performance improvement, and team development

Qualifications:

- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM)- Active Ohio license or ability to obtain
- Prior leadership experience preferred
