What You’ll Do
  • Provide outpatient and limited inpatient orthopedic care for adult patients
  • Conduct exams, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal issues
  • Perform surgical procedures in accordance with accreditation and standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
  • Document patient care in EPIC EMR system
  • Participate in quality improvement and clinical protocols
  • Educate patients about treatment options and post-surgical care
What You Need
  • Medical license in Ohio; eligible for hospital privileges
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
