Experienced Orthopedic Surgeon preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (pay package discussed upon application) Benefits include:

1) Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance (if applicable) Paid time off, sick leave, and holiday pay Retirement plans with employer matching (403(b) and Roth options) Tuition reimbursement and wellness programs Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other expenses What You ll Do Provide outpatient and limited inpatient orthopedic care for adult patients Conduct exams, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal issues Perform surgical procedures in accordance with accreditation and standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes Document patient care in EPIC EMR system Participate in quality improvement and clinical protocols Educate patients about treatment options and post-surgical care What You Need Medical license in Ohio;

eligible for hospital privileges Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Ashtabula, Ohio, recognized for its patient safety and quality of care by national organizations.
