Job Title
Our district is experiencing growth, and we are actively looking for dedicated educators to fill the teaching roles in our Happy Hearts, Building Bridges and Autism Classrooms.
If you do not currently hold an Intervention Specialist license, we will fully support your transition through the State Board of Education's Supplemental Licensure Pathway. This allows you to step into the classroom immediately while working toward your license over the next few years.
Required Qualifications for the Supplemental Pathway:- Hold an active, standard Ohio teaching certificate or license (any grade/subject).
- Successfully pass the initial required Ohio Assessment for Educators (OAE) content area exam (e.g., OAE 043 Special Education for Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Intensive) prior to your official hire date.
- Successful BCI/FBI background checks.

Teach in a high-impact role starting this upcoming school year. - Dedicated Mentorship:
We will pair you with an experienced, fully licensed Intervention Specialist mentor. - Clear Licensure Pathway:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, talk, hear, push, lift, bend and twist at the neck more than the average person. Employees may need to occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch and reach above the head.
