The Reporting Manager, FP&A leads financial reporting, analysis, and planning activities to support informed business decisions and performance management. This role delivers timely, accurate insights that drive accountability and improve financial visibility across the organization, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and performance drivers.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including development of financial models.
• Develop dashboards, presentations, and insights to support leadership decision‑making.
• Improve reporting processes through automation, standardization, and tool enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate financial insights effectively.

• MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced certification.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Exposure to automation tools such as Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams in a complex business environment.
