Controller

The Controller is responsible for financial management, cost accounting, and overall accounting activities supporting manufacturing operations. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards and internal control requirements while providing financial insight to drive operational performance and decision-making. The position partners closely with plant leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights that support efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include managing cost accounting and inventory processes, overseeing general accounting activities, analyzing financial performance, supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities for manufacturing operations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, improve financial processes, and support operational performance.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field, minimum of 3–7 years of experience in general ledger accounting and cost accounting, working knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls, experience using ERP systems for financial and operational reporting, and strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to support operational decision-making.

Preferred qualifications include CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification, experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, preferably S/4

HANA, experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments, and demonstrated ability to maintain internal controls and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
