Job SummaryAs a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), you’ll bring kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness to every participant interaction. You’ll provide direct care, support providers, and help the clinic run smoothly — making each participant feel safe, comfortable, and valued. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, compassionate, and enjoys working closely with a care team in a fast‑paced, participant‑centered environment.
Hourly Wage$20.00/hr to start - $21.00/hr after 90 days
ScheduleFirst shift, full‑time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor.

- Welcome participants and prepare them for visits by taking vital signs, recording medical histories, medications, and conducting screenings.
- Assist providers during exams, procedures, and treatments; administer medications and immunizations according to guidelines.
- Perform lab tests, collect and prepare specimens, and help maintain clinical equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate participant flow in the clinic including scheduling, pre‑visit planning, and accurate EHR documentation.
- Provide participant education on medications, treatments, diet, and follow‑up care.
- Act as a key connector between participants, providers, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members for smooth communication and follow‑through.
- Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, confidentiality standards, and PACE program regulations.
- Participate in morning huddles, quality improvement activities, and interdisciplinary care discussions to improve outcomes and clinic efficiency.

- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential.
- Experience working with older adults in long‑term care, primary care, or a PACE program is preferred.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and strong record‑keeping skills.
- Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 25 pounds.
- Must be able to assist with the evacuation of Participants.
- This position may encounter issues/infestations in the homes of the Participants. Following proper protocols is essential.
