Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Registered Nurse at SQUARE ONE HEALTH LLC, located in Ashtabula, Ohio. The role involves providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, collaborating with healthcare teams, and educating patients about health management for those suffering with addiction and substance use disorder. The Registered Nurse will ensure compliance with healthcare protocols, document patient records accurately, and deliver compassionate, evidence‑based care to meet individual patient needs.
Qualifications- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams
- Organizational and time‑management abilities for maintaining patient records and coordinating care plans
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required;
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred - Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced healthcare settings
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital environment is strongly preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
