Signature Health seeks a Counselor to provide intensive, short-term counseling to adults and children, using telehealth and occasional in-person visits. You will conduct individual and group therapy, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients with mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
Must hold a state license (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC/LIMFT/LMFT) in Ohio, have a Bachelor's degree, and BLS certification.
