B. Miller Medical Center - - Responsibilities:
Responds to intake calls and completes admission paperwork;
Assessments will be completed by RN, LPC or LMSW;
Facilitates groups, family and individual sessions and completing all necessary documentation;
Schedules Unit assessments, meetings and appointments as appropriate;
Utilizes assessment tools including, but not limited to Geriatric Depression Scale, Zung, SLUMS, alcohol screening tool(s) under authorization/supervision of RN, LPC or LMSW
