Synergy is a PT-led outpatient practice serving Northeast Ohio from clinics in Ashtabula, Berea, and Willoughby Hills. This full-time opening is based in our Ashtabula clinic. We are a collaborative, owner-operated team where clinicians have a voice in patient care and real support to keep growing. You may even be greeted by Lucas, our resident therapy dog.

Your caseload may include:
- Orthopedic conditions and post-operative rehabilitation
- Low back pain and sacroiliac joint dysfunction
- Vertigo and vestibular rehabilitation
- TMJ dysfunction
- Women's health, pelvic floor care, and transgender health
- Dry needling, bodywork, and biofeedback
You do not need to arrive trained in every specialty. If you are clinically curious and interested in expanding your skills, you will have the mentorship, exposure, and support to do it.
Responsibilities What You Will Do- Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care
- Treat a varied outpatient caseload and progress treatment based on each patient's goals and response
- Educate patients and provide practical strategies they can use outside the clinic
- Collaborate with PTAs and other team members to support continuity of care and strong outcomes
- Graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active Ohio Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of patients
- A collaborative, patient-first mindset and genuine interest in continuing to grow clinically
