Site Services Supervisor

The Site Services Supervisor manages the Site Service Department, directing the Site Services Coordinator and ensuring all site services responsibilities are performed safely and efficiently in accordance with INEOS Pigments policies. Responsibilities include oversight of contractor safety, job preparation, execution and costs. This is a salaried exempt, day shift position and is classified as a Safety Critical role.

• Lead by example in applying the INEOS Pigments Behavioral and Process Safety Principles and Life Saving Rules
• Attend monthly contractor safety meetings
• Attend scheduled employee safety meetings and perform safety training
• Conduct Life Safety Audits and ensure timely closure of action items
• Complete required computer-based training on time
• Perform contractor safety audits with SHE and Purchasing
• Originate GWP’s for Area operations Supervisor review
• Manage Site Services budgets and provide monthly outlook
• Create blanket PO requisitions and annual Site Services budgets
• Manage Site Services projects, monitor costs, and ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure risk assessments are performed by contractors
• Maintain Site Services backlog and convert notifications to work orders daily
• Plan and execute daily workload
• Write RFQs for Site Service projects and miscellaneous items
• Develop a buildings inspection program with a maintenance budget and plan
• Perform or supervise maintenance across listed building and site systems
• Coordinate complex maintenance and repair activities across utilities, roads, grounds, safety equipment, and infrastructure
• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality policies

You should possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Supervisory and coordination skills
• Knowledge of various equipment and machinery
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP

This is a salaried exempt day shift position.
