Position Overview

At Community Care Ambulance, the EMS Field Supervisor is a key operational leadership role responsible for the direct oversight of daily field operations. This position ensures safe, efficient, and compliant EMS system performance while supporting high‑quality patient care across all field units.

The Field Supervisor serves as the frontline operational leader, mentor, and liaison between field personnel, communications, and organizational leadership. This role is essential in maintaining system readiness, guiding personnel performance, and ensuring that patient care, safety, and operational efficiency remain the highest priorities throughout every shift.

A key component of this position is leadership development. This structured development model strengthens succession planning and builds long‑term leadership capacity within the organization.

This position is ideal for experienced EMS professionals who are ready to take the next step into field leadership while remaining actively engaged in the clinical and operational environment.

The EMS Field Supervisor plays a critical role in shaping team culture, developing personnel, and driving system performance in a fast‑paced, high‑demand emergency services environment.

This is not just a supervisory position — it is a leadership development pathway within a progressive EMS system committed to building future operational leaders, managers, and educators.

At Community Care Ambulance, we invest in leadership growth, mentorship, and professional development to ensure our supervisors are fully supported as they advance their careers.

If you are a better leader in the field, our system becomes stronger, our crews perform better, and our patients receive better care.
