2nd Shift Press Operator Job Summary
- Maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Report any accidents/incidents immediately to Molding Supervisor.
- Report any safety or maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain high quality production standards.
- Maintain high efficiency production standards.
- Work unbiased with a diverse work force.
- Communicate with all members of management.
- Complete daily paperwork and responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Train other hourly associates on safe operations of all equipment.
- Train other hourly associates on company quality standards.
- Maintain the overall housekeeping of the molding plant.
- Report any unsafe conditions or acts to the Molding Superintendent.
- Follow all SOP’s.
- All other duties defined by the Molding Supervisor.
- Focus on safety, quality, and productivity of all operations.
- Work unbiased with a diverse work force.
- Communicate all issues with members of management.
- Train other associates on proper function of all equipment, procedures and expectations.
- Work as a team with other associates and accomplish company goals and expectations.

- Some lifting will be required (approximately 40 lbs)

High School Diploma or GED
Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents and communicates effectively. Ability to read and write in English.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use of hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Some climbing required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distant vision. These functions are required on a daily basis.
