The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills to communicate effectively.
• Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.
• Experience working in fast pace, high change environment, with limited supervision.
• Willingness to learn; on-site training provided.
• Ability to lift 50‑100 pounds and not be afraid to get dirty.
• Must be able to train on 1st shift for 2‑3 weeks before moving to 2nd shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Abide by Iten’s Code of Conduct.
• Other duties as may be assigned.
• Will be working with Fiberglass.
• Attendance, reliability and ability to pass a drug screen and background check are a must!

• Starting pay $18.50/hour plus a shift differential of $.40/hour.
• Additional incentive shift differential of $1.00/hour for each hour worked.
• Evening Shift / Monday through Friday
