Asphalt Plant Loader Operator

Kokosing Materials, Inc. (KMI) is a leading asphalt production company with plants across Ohio.

Operator must operate a variety of equipment safely and efficiently.

• Responsibly operate and maintain asphalt plant and construction equipment.
• Operate track excavators, back hoes, dozers, loaders, rollers, forklifts, and other equipment.
• Perform routine duties as directed by Foreman.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
• Monitor production levels and adjust production as needed.
• Troubleshoot, problem‑solve, and discuss production problems with co-workers and supervisors.

• Knowledge of asphalt plant operations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Initiative, ability, and willingness to perform additional responsibilities for job completion.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts, including weekends.
• Willingness to travel.
• Capability to operate assigned machine and related equipment safely.
• Ability to conduct competent inspection of equipment.
