** Role Overview
** The Production Operator I supports manufacturing operations by operating process equipment and performing production activities in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This role contributes to safe and reliable operations through equipment monitoring, process adjustments, data collection, and adherence to operating instructions. The position supports product quality by monitoring process performance, obtaining required samples, and identifying equipment or process issues.

Success in this role requires hands-on execution, attention to detail, basic mechanical aptitude, and effective collaboration within production teams.  #
** Key Responsibilities*
* * Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned production equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety requirements.
* Adjust operating conditions within approved limits to maintain production performance and product quality standards.
* Collect and document processing data, follow batch-sheet instructions, and obtain required product samples in accordance with established procedures.
* Identify and report equipment, process, quality, and safety concerns while supporting evaluation of equipment or process changes.
* Operate forklifts or pallet jacks, perform equipment cleaning and basic teardown activities, and participate in general production and team support activities.#

* * Ability to read, understand, and follow batch sheets, written procedures, and operating instructions.
