Provides for patient care in collaboration with qualified physicians within the framework of jointly approved guidelines and protocols.

Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Completion of Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant Training Program;
  Certified and Current Licensure by State of Ohio;
  Ohio DEA Licensed
• State of Ohio and National Certification
• Current CPR certification.

Physician office experience preferred.

Sitting, standing, ability to utilize keyboard, lifting, stooping, flexible scheduling and adaptable to changing environment. Requires full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Requires walking and standing for extensive periods of time. Requires hearing and vision corrected to normal range. May require some exposure to communicable diseases and body fluids.
