This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Cook at Red Lobster's Ashtabula, OH location. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high‑quality seafood dishes according to our recipes and standards, maintaining food preparation areas and kitchen equipment, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines, and collaborating with the kitchen team to meet guest expectations. You will play a critical role in delivering delicious meals and ensuring satisfaction for every guest who dines with us.
Qualifications- Proficiency in food preparation and cooking techniques for seafood dishes and other menu items
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and kitchen cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurant environment
- Teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills within a kitchen setting
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality dishes
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training or certification is a plus
- A positive attitude and passion for food and service excellence
