ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to help merchandise, stock, cashier, and maintain a clean store environment. The starting wage is $18.50 per hour with scheduled increases over time, averaging 30+ hours per week. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations.
The role requires ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate POS systems, and follow ALDI policies. Prior retail experience is a plus, and full-time benefits are available.
