Skilled Laborer

Join a growing family owned team. Looking for a skilled laborer that is ready to learn and dependable. $200/day working up to 8 hours, additional pay if over 8 hours. Even if you work 2 hours - you still get paid for a full day! Mostly window and door installation within Ashtabula and Lake county. Option to meet in Andover to get a ride to jobs to save gas money.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role involves performing various manual tasks that require physical strength, stamina, and basic technical skills. As a Skilled Laborer, you will contribute to the successful completion of projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

We are mostly installing windows and doors in or close to Ashtabula county. Space to learn and grow for the right person.

• Execute a variety of tasks including construction, maintenance, and repair work as directed by supervisors.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow instructions from foremen or project leads to complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular inspections and basic maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety protocols.
• Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or job site conditions promptly.

• Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Must be able to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
