Maintenance Technician – Plant , Night Shift

Compensation

Starting Pay $25 - $35 based on experience + shift differential

Iten Industries is looking for a self‑motivated and reliable individual to join our maintenance team. If you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and are punctual and reliable, Iten wants you to become part of the team!

• Performs preventative maintenance routines on assigned equipment.
• Performs repair independently – Maintains and repairs equipment such as presses, treaters, and other machinery.
• Tests malfunctioning machinery.
• Communicates both written and verbally with co‑workers, other departments, and technicians.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Abide by Iten’s Code of Conduct.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong industrial electrical background required
• Knowledge of PLC's
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics required
• Welding (mig, tig, stick)
• Able to run conduit
• Plumbing
• Industrial maintenance experience: 2 years (Required)
• Industrial electrician experience: 2 years (Required)
• Boiler experience (Preferred)
