Class A CDL with X Endorsement Run 21 Home 7 Earn $85-$105K/1st Yr (Full Time)

Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run dedicated cryogenic accounts that pay a daily salary, have great home time, and offer fantastic benefits. If you do not have cryogenic experience, that is no problem; training is offered.

You don’t have to have cryogenic experience, but you must have your tanker and hazmat endorsements at the time of application to qualify.

• First-year pay ranges from $85‑$106K; drivers start at $300.30/Day with an increase of $3/Day every six months to a cap of $324/Day. If you are willing to train new hires in cryogenics, you will earn an additional $100/Day.
• Training is “shadow” training: you run your truck while the trainer runs theirs. Drivers are paid $125/Day and receive a $1,000 bonus at the end of training. Each driver is assigned their truck (all are 579 Petes with automatic transmission), and there is no slip seating.
• Full benefits begin after 60 days and are among the best in the industry. You earn one week of vacation in your first 52 weeks, along with great medical coverage and a 401(k) plan with matching.
• Drivers will run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to operate in all 48 states. Opting out of any region is not permitted.
• When it is time to go home for your 7‑day break, the company pays for your flight home and back. Nobody will operate your truck while you are home. If you are within 200 miles of home, you will drive home. Drivers are out 21 days and may stay home a maximum of 7 days; they can stay out longer than 21 days, but the maximum home time per stay is 7 days unless the driver takes allotted vacation.
• If you are not willing to fly, we will not be able to bring you on.
• If you have any felonies of any kind, you are ineligible for hire.
• If you have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test (regardless of whether you have completed SAP), you are not eligible.

• Must have at least one year of OTR or regional driving experience in the last three years. You do not have to have tanker or cryogenic experience, but you must hold your X endorsement.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
