Job Summary

As an ambassador for Titletown, event staff will need to be informative about the development, assist with events throughout the year, and be helpful to all guests in the park. Candidates must be outgoing, capable of walking/standing in the park for extended periods of time, and helpful to all visitors. This is an event-based paid position and entails weekdays, early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Titletown Events team with set‑up, breakdown, and/or execution of various events throughout the year, including Summer Fun Days Showcase, Titletown Beats, Family Fest, Titletown Gameday Live, Titletown Watch Party, Pumpkin Palooza, TTNYE, and more.
  • Provide excellent guest experiences by engaging with visitors, answering inquiries, and offering information on all activities in the park.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of Titletown and the organization’s events.
  • Work event activations, including limited manual labor such as obtaining waivers, setting up and breaking down equipment, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Work independently and understand event orders for setup/breakdown/execution instructions.
  • Collaborate in a team environment and support overall development goals.
  • Maintain and organize event equipment and supplies.
  • Assist management staff with special assignments, as needed.
  • Be prepared to work all large events as required.
Job Qualifications
  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness and desire to get hands dirty and demonstrate an excellent work ethic.
  • Outgoing, fun, curious, mature, positive, and a self‑starter.
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in customer service, programs/events, and recreation management.
  • Ability and willingness to work non‑traditional hours.
  • Must represent the Packers and Titletown brand in a highly respectable manner.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Reach, bend, climb stairs, and lift objects frequently.
  • Lift and carry up to 35 pounds during set‑up and breakdown.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions in a park setting.
  • Walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the shift.
  • Maintain a positive attitude in a professional environment.
