We are seeking a passionate and results‑driven Casual Esthetician to join our team at Kohler Waters Spa. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury spa environment and is looking for a flexible schedule.

• Flexible scheduling based on business needs
• Weekend availability required
• Opportunity to work in a high‑end, guest‑focused environment

• Perform professional skincare services tailored to each guest
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized consultations
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and adhere to all sanitation standards
• Support team operations, including room reset and product knowledge

• Valid State Esthetician License
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Makeup application skills preferred
• Ability to work weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule

The competitive commission range for this position is based on percent of individual sales. The specific commission earned may be influenced by a variety of factors.
