Schedule: Part-time | Flexible shifts between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (including weekdays & weekends)

As a Nail Technician, you’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing team dedicated to providing five-star service in a serene, resort‑style environment. This is an opportunity to grow your craft, build meaningful guest relationships, and work in a space where excellence is the standard.

• Deliver exceptional nail services that leave guests feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for
• Create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by maintaining top‑tier sanitation and workspace standards
• Educate and guide guests on spa services, treatments, and retail offerings to enhance their experience
• Stay current with industry trends and meet continuing education requirements
• Uphold the Forbes Five‑Star service standards that define the Kohler Waters Spa experience

• A current Nail Technician or Cosmetology License in the state of Wisconsin
• Previous experience in nail services or a spa/salon environment preferred
• A professional, polished demeanor with a strong commitment to guest service
• A team‑oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate in a fast‑paced, luxury environment
• Ability to lift and/or exert up to 25 lbs as part of daily responsibilities

The average commission plus gratuity per service for this position is $42.00 - $54.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
