What You’ll DoAs a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead daily operations on the production floor and help ensure our products are produced safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards.
You will:
Lead, coach, and motivate production teams and Assistant Supervisors Drive production performance while reducing waste and downtime
Help ensure food safety, quality, and GMP standards are met every shift
Oversee staffing, scheduling, attendance, and workflow coordination
Support a culture focused on accountability, communication, and teamwork
Collaborate across departments to meet production and shipping goals
Partner with leadership to improve processes and operational efficiency
Create a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment
What We’re Looking For Leadership experience in manufacturing or food production
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Experience with scheduling, staffing, and team development
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
