This role is ideal for an outgoing professional who enjoys building customer relationships, creating sales opportunities, and helping customers find the right equipment and solutions.

Compensation: $20–$28/hour, depending on experience, plus incentive compensation. Expected total annual earnings are approximately $61,000–$100,000, based on individual performance and business generated. The Sales & Support Specialist serves as a key customer contact for the branch while supporting retail sales, business development, and day-to-day branch operations. This position combines customer service, sales, business development, and cross-department support, with responsibilities spanning Sales, Parts, Service, and Rental.

The position is expected to provide exceptional customer experience, proactively develop customer relationships, conduct outbound sales and business-development activities, follow up on opportunities, and provide backup support across the branch as needed. This role is well suited for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable initiating conversations, and motivated by the opportunity to generate business and earn incentive compensation.

Role Description The Sales & Support Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while contributing to the sales and operational success of the branch. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers entering or contacting the dealership. The Sales & Support Specialist identifies customer needs, provides knowledgeable assistance, sells assigned retail products, generates new business opportunities, and connects customers with the appropriate Sales, Parts, Service, or Rental team member when additional support is needed.

The role includes outbound customer outreach, quote and lead follow-up, CRM documentation, qualified lead generation, and retail sales.
