The Role Chief of Staff to Founder
We are seeking a highly capable Chief of Staff to partner with a founder, entrepreneur, investor, advisor, and mother in a deeply integrated executive and strategic capacity.
This is not a traditional assistant role. This is a right-hand partnership for someone who can operate at altitude — anticipating needs, shaping priorities, creating leverage, and serving as a force multiplier across the Principal's professional and personal ecosystem.
The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment, operational fluency, and proactive thinking, and is comfortable acting with autonomy in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. You will help translate vision into action, manage complexity, and create the systems and rhythm that allow the Principal to operate at her highest level.
Scope of WorkYou will operate across:
- Founder & executive operations
- Investment and advisory activity
- Entrepreneurial ventures and strategic initiatives
- External relationships and communications
- Calendar, priorities, and operating cadence
- Schedule integration across the Principal's professional and family life
You are a rare combination of strategic thinker + operational leader + trusted confidant.
You think like an operator, not a task-taker. You understand how senior leaders think, where friction hides, and how to proactively solve problems before they surface.
You bring:
- Strong business training and professional experience
- Exceptional judgment and discretion
- The ability to anticipate, prioritize, and act independently
- Comfort representing a Principal with polish and authority
- Calm, grounded presence in complex or high-pressure situations
- Pride in creating clarity, momentum, and leverage
You enjoy being the person who makes the whole system work better, not just faster.

- Maintain strict confidentiality and sound judgment at all times.
- Own and actively manage the Principal's calendar as a strategic tool — not just a scheduling exercise.
